Indigo Island Ltd.are located in St George Barbados. All items are mailed directly from Barbados. We post items daily Monday to Friday. Many items are dispatched same or next day, however some of our products including those from the West Indian Soap Company or Tortuga may require a couple of days for dispatch. Products from The Bayside Collection are handpainted on receipt of your order. You will receive confirmation of orders and expected dispatch date by email when an order is received.

All items are sent using the Barbados Postal Service. Lightweight items are sent by "Registered Post" and require a signature on delivery. On average these take 10-14 days to be received in the USA or Canada. Unless otherwise stated, or an express option is chosen. Heavier items are sent via parcel post. Again this service averages 10 - 14 days to the USA or Canada. If an item is required urgently, we can dispatch via EMS. This service averages 6 days worldwide and is fully trackable. The option to upgrade to this service is included on the listings for Tortuga products. If you would like costings for our other products via this method, just ask and we'll provide a quote. |

| Customs As all our orders are dispatched overseas we do affix a customs declaration to all packages. It is possible that customs in your own country will open a package to assess the contents. Indigo-Island have no control over this process.
Importing goods from overseas may lead to customs charges being levied on the importer (i.e. - you, the customer) depending on local regulations and tariffs within your own country.
